By downloading, installing, or using City Angle, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Eligibility
City Angle is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13. By using the app you confirm that you are able to form a binding agreement under the laws that apply to you, or that a parent or guardian does so on your behalf.
License to use
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use City Angle for your personal, non-commercial entertainment, subject to these terms and to Apple's standard App Store terms (including the Licensed Application End User License Agreement).
Acceptable use
To keep the game fair and the app working for everyone, you agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with the app
- Use automated means or otherwise play fraudulently
- Use the app in any way that violates applicable law
Purchases & ads
City Angle is free to download and is supported by ads in the free version. You may remove ads through a one-time "Remove Ads" in-app purchase. All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store; we do not receive or store your payment details. Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with App Store policy.
Intellectual property
City Angle, including its name, design, artwork, and content, is owned by Alwyn Ventures and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding.
Disclaimers
The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. Geographic data, bearings, and distances are approximate and provided for entertainment only; they should not be relied on for navigation or any other purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Alwyn Ventures will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Because City Angle is a free entertainment app, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the app, if any.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes will be subject to the courts located in India, except where applicable consumer-protection law requires otherwise.
