Common questions

My streak disappeared. Can I get it back?
Streaks are stored on your device, so reinstalling the app or switching phones can reset them. If you believe your streak was lost in error, email us with the date you last played and we'll do our best to help.
I removed ads but they're still showing.
Try "Restore Purchases" in the app's settings while signed in with the same Apple ID used for the purchase. If ads persist after restoring, contact us with your purchase receipt and we'll sort it out.
The daily puzzle won't load.
The daily puzzle needs a connection to sync. Check your network, then fully close and reopen the app. If it still won't load, let us know your device model and iOS version.
I think an angle or distance is wrong.
Distances and bearings are computed from approximate city coordinates and rounded for readability, so they're believable rather than survey-grade. If something looks clearly off, send the puzzle date and the city in question and we'll review it.
